Kelby Zorgdrager has 28 years in the EdTech and Corporate Learning industry. After building a successful ILT-first Technical Learning company, DevelopIntelligence, Kelby sold DI to Pluralsight. As the EVP of Pluralsight’s PROSERV division, Kelby was frustrated that self-paced and instructor-led learning solutions were commonly positioned as competitors to each other. Kelby and the bILTup team believe the most impactful, transformational learning occurs when the learning experience is highly curated, supported, and blended, incorporating self-paced learning with expert-led hands-on teaching and coaching.
